Refund policy

We really hope that you will be delighted with your products when they arrive, however if something isn't right then we are always on hand to help.

1. Returns

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from us then we gladly accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. For any item to be eligible for a return:

a) Must be unused in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging;
b) If purchased as a set, can only be returned as a set and not as individual items;
c) If a promotional gift was included within your order, and your return reduces the total qualifying for this gift, the full order must be returned (we are unable to exchange items received as a free gift)
d) Must be purchased directly from Botanically Curated, and not one of our listed brands

If eligible, please follow these steps to initiate a return:

Contact us: Reach out to us by clicking here, within 7 days of date of delivery;
• Provide details: Please provide your order number, details of the item you wish to return and the reason. Please note: for items being returned due to damage during delivery, we will need photographic evidence;
• Wait for approval: Our team will review your request and provide instructions regarding next steps (please see returns shipping below)

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds will only be processed for items returned, not shipping or any costs incurred by you to return the item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you have not received a refund yet, please check your account or credit card statement as it may take some time. If you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us here.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us here.
We also offer exchanges on items if you wish to try something else, within the same amount. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

4. Shipping Your Returned Item(s)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
